1. Send an email to info@newstarleds.com or call us at +86-755 29405686 to tell us your order with detail specification such as model, color, quantity ect.,  for these details, you can check website or price list. 

2. We will  send you invoice within 24hours for your confirm, if you shipping via us, the shipping cost will be included. 

3. If anything need to be changed in invoice, pls kindly inform us, we will update for you until final confirm. 

4. After confirm the invoice, you pay to Western Union, Paypal, or Company Bank Account, then send bank copy to us, we will arrange production soon.

5. We will inform you the delivery date, commonly 5~15 working days. 

6. Before shipping, we will confirm with you the Commercial invoice. 

7. After shipping, we will email you and send you tracking number, then you can check online. 

8. After receiving the goods, to check if everything is ok.
